General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

GDPR sets new frameworks for how personal data is processed and how we relate to the right to privacy. The General Data Protection Regulation aims to strengthen and unify data protection rules and rights for the benefit of EU citizens. It applies to all EU organizations and organizations outside the EU (of any size) that provide goods and services to the EU or use tracking technologies (such as cookies or tracking pixels) to monitor the behavior of EU users.

Personal Information - What We Collect and Why

We offer certain features on the website that are only available through the use of the following tracking technologies. You can always block, delete, or disable these technologies if your browser allows it. However, if you reject cookies or other similar technologies, you may not be able to use certain features or tools.

Generally, these technologies allow our website to store relevant information in your browser or device and later read this information so that our servers or internal systems can identify you. Where relevant, we protect our cookies and other similar technologies to ensure that only we and/or our authorized service providers can interpret them by assigning them a unique identification that is solely constructed for our interpretation.

Contact Forms

Should you choose to contact us using a contact form on our website, your information is stored in our backend and collected in an email, which is then sent to us via SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).

The information in the email will, if relevant, be transferred to our CRM system. The data will then be linked to an existing account with a similar email or created as a new contact.

There may be a follow-up on the inquiry, and therefore we reserve the right to retain contact information until the matter is resolved.

We do not share your information with third parties.

Newsletters

If you choose to subscribe to our email newsletter, the email address you provide to us will be sent to HubSpot, which provides us with email marketing services. We consider HubSpot to be a third-party data processor.

Your email address will remain in our own - and in HubSpot's database for as long as we continue to use HubSpot services for email marketing, or until you specifically request to be removed from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links included in our newsletters, or by requesting removal via email. When you request removal via email, you must send your email to us using the email account that subscribes to our newsletters.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, you provide your name and email address. We only use this information to send you the newsletter and personalize the content.

Information about your use of the newsletters - including whether the newsletters are opened, how long they are open, when the email is deleted, and whether links are clicked - is collected by our IT system in anonymized form. We use this information to improve our service so that we can better target and personalize the content according to the recipient's interests.

Your personal data is stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Upon unsubscription, the information is deleted from both our records and those of our data processor.

We do not share your information with third parties.
